We accept payment online by credit card via Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). You do not need a Paypal account. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer (however these payments must be received within two weeks of placing the order, otherwise the order lapses) and by cheque (in which case payment must be made within 10 days of placing the order, otherwise the order lapses & tickets will not be confirmed/issued until cheques are fully cleared).
We process all orders once payment has been received. This can either be by online credit card payment, by calling the festival team directly on +353 91 394637 or by emailing your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and either making a direct bank transfer (using the order no. as reference) or posting a cheque. All cheques must clear before payment is confirmed.
Tickets bought online will NOT be posted out in advance of the festival. ALL tickets will be available for collection at the festival marquee ticket desk.
Tickets can be collected at the Festival Marquee ticket desk on Nimmo’s Pier from Thursday 21st September 2017.
You MUST bring your ticket confirmation with you and a form of photo ID to collect your tickets.
The Ticket Desk at the Festival Marquee will be open for collections as follows:
Thursday 21st September 2017 – from 12 midday
Friday 22nd September 2017 – all day
Saturday 23rd September 2017 – all day
Sunday 24th September 2017 – all day
Please note that ticket collection information will be updated closer to the festival and will be emailed to all who have purchased tickets online.

Sold Out Events
If your selected event is sold out, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option of cancelling your order or selecting a different event. If this newly selected event differs in price, an adjustment (up/down) to the original charge will be applied.
We accept cancellations up to Sunday, 30th July 2017. An administration fee of €10 will be charged. All cancellations must be received in writing with the original confirmation email attached. Unfortunately no refunds may be arranged for cancellations received after this time.
VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on products deemed by the Revenue Commissioners to attract VAT.
Due to fluctuating international market conditions including currency exchange rates, prices are subject to amendment without prior notice. However, Galway Oyster Festival makes every effort to keep price adjustments to a minimum, and to advise customers as soon as possible of any significant increases.
Galway International Oyster & Seafood Festival, managed by Milestone Inventive, does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.

The information we collect
This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your contact details (name, address, email address, etc.), your billing and credit card information and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.
