Milestone provided a consultancy advisory service to this event in its initial planning phase in 2011 and on an on-going basis until event delivery in June 2012.  Advice was provided in the areas of finance, budgeting, programming, sponsorship and revenue generation, marketing & volunteer programme development and management.
